Step One:
The Hypnobirthing Book

As soon as you secure your booking with me, I’ll send you a copy of The Hypnobirthing Book by Katharine Graves. Familiarise yourself with it, listen to the audio downloads, and get to grips with what Hypnobirthing can look like, and how it can help you navigate your experience.

Get a feel for what aspects really resonate with you before we meet.

Step Two:
Introductory Session

Meet me via zoom & set the foundations for your birth preparation experience. We’ll cover the birth basics, discuss your wants and worries, and explore how I can best support you. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan to ensure your sessions meet your exact needs.

Step Three:
Individualised Plan

After our initial session, I’ll craft lesson plans tailored specifically to you. This may include personalised relaxation tracks & e-books, or tools based on your preferences. I’ll also cover things I feel could be beneficial based on what you’ve shared with me. I’ll incorporate both my knowledge as a Birth Coach along with my work as a Vagus Nerve Therapist.

Step Four:
2 1:1 Birth Prep Sessions 

Deep-dive into topics and tools that matter most to you, whether it’s hypnobirthing techniques, managing fear, birth partner preparation, or building your confidence. These sessions can be held in person or online for your convenience - Whatever you feel most comfortable with.

Step Five:
Vagus Nerve Therapy 

End your course with a gorgeous relaxation session (for Mum) incorporating sound healing, massage, and my knowledge of the nervous system. These treatments are designed to calm your mind, ease your body, and allow you the space to connect with your baby. They’re great for the postpartum period too!
