Whilst I would always recommend completing a full course to get the best out of hypnobirthing, something is always better than nothing.
I charge £50 an hour, and you can either book a one off session with me, or several at a time - I can be SUPER flexible. As these are 1:1 sessions, we can completely tailor them to you. & they're also a great opportunity to pick my brains and ask me any burning questions you have.
