We don’t do boring lectures here. This course is interactive, empowering, and full of aha! moments. Here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll learn:

Breathing Techniques - Learn how to breathe through every stage of labour (yes, even that stage!).
Relaxation & Mindfulness - Swap anxiety for calm with guided relaxations and visualisation exercises.
Birth Plans Made Easy - No need for a 10-page plan (unless you want to of course). I’ll show you how to make a birth plan that’s simple, smart, and actually useful.
Partner Power! - Your birth partner will become your #1 support system with tools and tips to be an absolute legend on the big day.
Positive Affirmations  Because a little positivity goes a long way when you’re counting down to birth!

And yes, we have plenty of time to cover any questions, discussions, and all the “what-ifs” floating around in your head.

This course isn’t just about showing up for the sessions, you’ll leave with a toolkit full of goodies to support you throughout your birth journey. Here’s what you get:

Your very own copy of "The Hypnobirthing Book" by Katharine Graves - Your trusty guide to everything hypnobirthing.
Relaxation Audios  Listen to these tracks anytime you need a little peace and calm (they’re magic).
Antenatal Workbook(s) - Jot down your wants, worries, and any "a-ha" moments during the course.

Course Details

Duration: 4 weekly sessions (lasting up to 2.5 hours each) - long enough to get stuck in, short enough to keep it fun!
Location: Join us in-person in Maldon, Essex, or online (because comfy sofas & pyjamas are a vibe too).
Cost: £222 per couple includes all course materials, partner support, and the confidence to navigate your birth, YOUR way!
