Learn exactly what's happening when and why, to help eradicate fears.

Core Hypnobirthing Tools

Up-breathing, down-breathing, visualisations, and affirmations. You'll also get access to the KGH guided relaxation tracks too.

Pain, fear & the nervous system!

We'll cover how to work with your body, not against it.

Birth Basics Workbooks

You'll receive hardcopies of my birth basics workbooks to take away, so you can continue your birth preparation from home.

Whether you're newly pregnant or suddenly realising your due date is fast approaching, this one-off 90-minute session is the perfect place to begin. The Know Your Birth Basics session will help you feel more informed, more in control, and more confident about what’s to come.

You’ll get clear, evidence-based guidance without the overwhelm, all delivered in a supportive, easy to understand way.

Hey, I’m Becki! I’m a certified KGH-trained hypnobirthing educator, mum, and holistic therapist. I meet you where you are. If there's worries you need to work through, I'm here to help. What I offer isn’t found in a traditional birth education course. It’s coaching, nervous system support, mindset work, emotional preparation, and often deep healing too.
