If you’ve been through hypnobirthing (or other antenatal courses) before but feel like it’s been a while, Refresh Your Birth gives you the chance to revisit your tools, rebuild your confidence, and step into this birth feeling positive and prepared.

This tailored session is tailored totally to you/your needs - your past experiences, your upcoming birth, and the small tweaks or reminders that will make all the difference. Whether you’re preparing for a similar birth or planning for something totally different this time, you’ll leave feeling calm, focused, and ready.

✨Recap of core hypnobirthing techniques, including breathwork, guided relaxations, and mindset tools

✨Full partner refresher covering hands-on support and advocacy in the birth space.
