A clear understanding of how labour works and how to work with your body.

Core Hypnobirthing Tools

Up-breathing, down-breathing, visualisations, and affirmations. You'll also get access to the KGH guided relaxation tracks too.

Nervous system support

Learning how fear, tension, and safety affect birth, with tools to promote calm and confidence.

Including the BRAIN framework (so you can ask powerful questions!)

Birth Basics Workbooks

You'll receive hardcopies of my birth basics workbooks to take away, so you can continue your birth preparation from home.

Fast-Track Your Birth Prep is a focused, four-hour hypnobirthing intensive designed for those who want to feel calm, confident, and prepared for birth, even when time feels tight. This session brings together essential birth preparation, practical hypnobirthing tools, and nervous system support in one supportive, structured experience.

✨A whistle stop tour of a full hypnobirthing package, condensed into one, four hour intensive session.

✨We’ll explore the role of the nervous system in labour, including how fear, tension, and safety influence your experience, and how to shift your body into a calm, responsive state.
