I attended Becki's virtual session on building your birth toolkit. I'm 25 weeks pregnant and I found it really insightful as to the things I could be thinking of in my birth experience - that hadn't even occurred to me! I really recommend attending Becki's sessions at any stage of pregnancy.

Group Hypnobirthing
Courses

Group courses are run once a month with both in person and online options available. Taught over four consecutive weeks, each session lasts 2.5 hours, and they're a great way to build bonds with other parents too.

If you prefer to learn in a 1:1 environment then a private hypnobirthing course could be for you. They also allow for more flexibility in terms of time, location, and number of attendees. Contact me to find out more.
